The property itself is the most luxurious property in Kiln Creek - and on the Peninsula for that matter. Although it is still an under construction property, you can tell the property is going to be nothing but grandiose.
With all the luxury this property has to offer, their greatest asset (in my opinion) is their people. The property manager, Kim goes out of her way to please her residents. When I moved in, there was a scratch on the refrigerator - she replaced the entire thing no questions asked. When we completed the walk through she even pointed out things I did not notice. She looks out for her residents' best interest. She has been unlike any property manager I have ever met! SHE is, "...far from ordinary." And Mary, the leasing agent, words cannot describe Mary. Mary will go above and beyond to ensure you are more than satisfied with your residency. She has become like a favorite friend you can always rely on. Talk with Mary - she will take care of you.
"Without going into long details, Kimberly Fox and Scott have absolutely been amazing. They both go out of their way to make me feel like a special resident. Rich has also gone above and beyond within guidelines. Most recently he surprised me by bring me bagels from my home town for Christmas. To me, that is going above and beyond the scope of his job. I am happy to say I am a resident."
"Best customer service I have had at any apartment complex."
"Since I am handicapped, my daughter picks up my mail. If I'm expecting a package and she can't make it, Rich has been kind enough to drop it off with a smile... I do appreciate the kindness."
